Things you can do everyday to start living a happier life:

 

 

 
☀️Do things that bring you joy - Make a list of things that bring you joy and start doing them
😁Stop doing things you don’t want to do
🍓Eat better
😴Sleep
😜Tell yourself you are AWESOME
🚴‍♀️Exercise
😍Speak kindly to yourself and others
😀Smile for no reason
☺️Take 5 deep breaths each morning
🎶Listen to soothing music
🚙Turn off the radio in the car and just be in quiet for 5 minutes
🧘‍♀️Turn off thoughts and just listen to your body
⭐Wake up for success - new day... new you...
🤩Write in a journal
🙏Each day write 3 things you are grateful for. Keep adding to your list.
😍Have sex with someone you love
💃Dance for no reason
💙Get off social media and read a good book
😆Laugh with your kids
🏝️Put your feet in grass or sand
🛀Take a bath
😌Burn sage or Palo Santo
💋Brush your teeth, put on some lip gloss and then wink at yourself in the mirror
👩‍❤️‍👩Call your best friend
💕Tell your mom you love her
😚Kiss your kids
